CourthouseOnline intend to be legally bound by this Agreement. During this Agreement, You may access
CourthouseOnline's
website and/or computer-assisted, online data retrieval service known as
CourthouseOnline.com and the information included therein (collectively the
"Network"), subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. ACCESS TO NETWORK. (a) CourthouseOnline grants to You a nontransferable, nonexclusive
license to access the Network and the information included therein during its
normal hours of operation solely for the purpose of performing research and
related work for your personal, noncommercial use only. Such license includes the right to printout
portions of information made available to You through the Network
(Information) for your personal use
only. (b) You may not use the Network
to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your website for
commercial reasons, such as advertising or sales. You may not take information from the Network and reformat or
display it, or mirror the CourthouseOnline home page or results pages on your
website, or send automated queries to CourthouseOnline
's system without express permission from
CourthouseOnline. If you want to make
commercial use of the Network you must enter into a separate agreement with
CourthouseOnline to do so. Please
contact sales@courthouseonline for more information. (c) We may modify or terminate our services from time to time,
for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or
without notice, without liability to You, any other user or any third
party. Please review these Terms of service from time to time so that you will
apprised of any changes.
2. YOUR WARRANTY. You
represent that You are not in the business of licensing, selling, or creating
for your customers, a computer-assisted, online data retrieval service. Our website is intended solely for use
within the U.S. by U.S. citizens of majority age. By using this website, You represent and warrant that You are not
located in a country other than the U.S., You are not a national or resident of
any such country and You are at least eighteen (18) years old.
3. DURATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall continue to be effective until either You or we terminate
it. You may terminate this Agreement at
any time by destroying all materials obtained from this site, and ceasing to
use the Network in any way. We may
terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if we, in our sole
discretion, decide that you have failed to comply with any term or condition of
this Agreement, or if we decide to modify the terms and conditions governing
future use of the Network.
4. BILLING AND PAYMENT. Unless other payment terms are agreed to by CourthouseOnline and You,
all charges for the CourthouseOnline services purchased by You will be
immediately charged to the credit card authorized by You. All charges are exclusive of local sales,
use, personal property and similar taxes, which will be paid by You.
5. USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS. You shall access the Network using a username and password selected by
You. You shall notify CourthouseOnline
when any usernames need to be canceled for any reason.
6. UNAUTHORIZED USE. You are responsible for and will be billed for all use of
CourthouseOnline services made by the username assigned to You. If You learn or suspect that unauthorized
use of your account is taking place, You shall notify our Support Department
immediately.
7. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. You acknowledge and agree that You obtain
only license rights under this Agreement and acquire no ownership rights, title
or interest, including without limitation copyrights, to the Network, its
contents or programming. You agree that
CourthouseOnline is the owner of all rights in this site and the materials that
appear on the site, and that you will not challenge those rights or do anything
that might impair or damage those rights. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on this site may violate
copyright laws, patent laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity,
and communication regulations and statutes.
The trademarks, service marks and
logos (the Trademarks) used and displayed on
this site, including but not limited to the CourthouseOnline.com and
Courthouseonline...a betterway to access public records
marks, are registered and unregistered trademarks of CourthouseOnline and
others. Under no circumstances may You
use any of the Trademarks, whether owned by or licensed to us. Nothing on this site should be construed as
granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise any license or right to use
any Trademark displayed on this site, without the written permission of the
Trademark owner.
If You print anything from our
site, you are required to include all trademark, copyright and other
proprietary notices. No links may be
established to any part of this site and no information on this site may be
framed without our prior written approval. Any questions concerning the use of the Trademarks or to request

Any and all software available
for downloading from this site is proprietary to CourthouseOnline or its

8. THIRD PARTY CONDITIONS. You acknowledge that access to and use of the Network may be subject to
restrictions imposed by third parties, including without limitation information
suppliers, and that CourthouseOnline's
agreements with such third parties may require CourthouseOnline to deny or
otherwise restrict Your access to certain information available through the
Network. You agree to comply with all
such restrictions of which You received notice, whether such notice is provided
in writing or given online, and such restrictions are incorporated herein by
reference. IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT
BETWEEN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY THIRD
PARTIES, THEN THE THIRD PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY. Further, You agree to respect and comply
with all copyright notices applicable to the databases and other services and
products relating to the CourthouseOnline Network.
9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THIS SITE AND THE MATERIALS AND INFORMATION
CONTAINED ON THIS SITE, ARE PROVIDED AS
IS AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT
TO APPLICABLE LAWS, COURTHOUSEONLINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR OTHER
VIOLATIONS OF RIGHTS. COURTHOUSEONLINE
DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY
DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT
AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, COURTHOUSEONLINE
DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS

undertakings are hereby expressly terminated. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if
in writing and signed by both CourthouseOnline and You.
