The first step to searching CourthouseOnline's copy of county data, is to create a "My CourthouseOnline" (MyCOL)
account. Be sure to select the county you are interersted in. Once your account is created, a password will
be sent to the email address you specify. After logging in, you may change your contact information and password
from the "Account Management" page.
In order to search the online database for the county you selected, you must "Purchase Time" via a secure
credit card processing page. Search time is calculated from the time it is purchased in days, hours, and
minutes. Three (3) days means 72 hours of consecutive time whether you are logged on or not. Additional
search time can be purchased if desired, but you will never be automatically billed for anything. If you
purchase additional time before your current time expires, it will be added to the end of your current
subscription. If you need accounts for multiple users, email firstname.lastname@example.org for information
about group discounts.
